Choose your setup
New accounts start with the Balanced profile: prefer cached, exact-file results, rank 4K, 1080p and 720p, and show up to 12 links. Downloads are allowed if needed and can use your provider quota. Switching mode keeps your existing settings.
1. Connect your provider
Use an existing Real-Debrid or TorBox account. Connecting validates its API token and puts this provider first in the playback profile assigned to the installation offered here.

Default Stremio installation
Provider tokens never appear in the manifest. The installation URL itself is a bearer credential, so StreamWeave does not include it in ordinary account responses.

Create a separate private install URL for each device and bind it to a playback profile. Rotating or revoking one device does not affect the others.
Authenticator protection
CheckingIn Aegis, add an entry and scan this QR code, then enter its six-digit code below. Setup expires in 10 minutes.
If you cannot scan the code, add a TOTP entry manually using the setup key, SHA1, six digits and a 30-second period. Keep the QR code and key private.
Save these recovery codes privately now. Each code works once, and these codes will not be displayed again.

Choose a new name for signing in. Your password and authenticator stay the same. Saving signs you out on every browser.
Your authenticator app may still show the old name. You can rename that entry in the app.

Delete your account
Permanently removes your local account, credentials, profiles, devices, sessions, playback history, and related personal records. Shared catalogue, torrent and detached file matching facts remain. This does not close your Real-Debrid or TorBox account or remove their remote files. Existing backups and exported reports follow the retention policy.

Short empty-result freshness prevents repeated cold requests from hammering indexers without turning an empty result into a long-lived negative cache.

Discovery & catalogue warming
Discovery defaults to 30 seconds, up to 60 seconds. The overall stream deadline defaults to 45 seconds, up to 90 seconds. Metadata and response preparation share that deadline; a shorter overall limit reduces discovery time. Saved settings apply to new requests without restarting.
In Database titles only mode, StreamWeave queues a bounded batch from the StreamWeave catalogue, plus optional imported IMDb coverage, at the configured interval, resumes its saved position across restarts and does not poll recent-release feeds. The batch size is capped at 50 database targets. Both modes also warm due canonical catalogue titles. In Recent feeds and database titles mode, it polls due recent-release feeds as well. Previously searched titles refresh after six hours; empty or failed searches wait at least fifteen minutes. Unknown titles need catalogue metadata before they can be warmed. User-triggered Prowlarr searches controls foreground searches, queued demand refreshes and Auto playback rescue. Disable it to return only stored results; on a miss, refresh Stremio later after scraping adds links. Scheduled scraping and manual admin refreshes remain independent.

Episode numbering mappings
Missing IMDb episodes can use the requested show and numbering for discovery. Automatic resolution uses Cinemeta and requires a unique complete season agreeing on every episode name and year. Unresolved seasons appear below. You can review a conversion here; the IMDb reference snapshot stays unchanged.

IMDb imports are optional and off on a fresh installation. Enable automatic snapshots and save, or choose Run import now for a single import. Disabling automatic imports persists across restarts and stops scheduled imports, including queued work. An automatic import already running checks the setting every ten seconds. Run import now performs one import without enabling automatic refresh.
IMDb storage limits and retained imports
Limits include staging indexes. Free volume space accounts for WAL and other files. Pausing keeps committed progress; retiring a failed generation permanently removes its ability to resume. PostgreSQL can reuse deleted space before it returns space to the filesystem.
Catalogue imports and conflicts
All sources merge into the same durable catalogue. Identical information is skipped, new information is added, and conflicts keep the existing value. Recent 25 imports and 50 open conflicts are shown below.

Offline enrichment

Rules are heuristic and apply only to Real-Debrid. Defaults reflect the 14 October 2026 DMM/zurg report, which may change. Warn mode keeps predicted risks available and ranks them after safer candidates. Only file basenames can be enforced; release display titles are advisory. Confirmed RD error 35 blocks expire independently and never affect TorBox.
RD+ and TB+ mean this exact file recently resolved through your current provider credentials. A cached check or a different episode does not earn a + label. This confirms link resolution, not that media bytes were played.

Inspect or retry a confirmed RD block

The limit includes a backup being created. Downloaded copies are yours to store off-server. Before choosing Download, enter a fresh authenticator code in the action field above. A code used for sign-in or another action cannot be reused; wait for the next code.
Restoring on a new server
Keep the encrypted archive and its password. On the fresh server, enable restore setup before starting background work, enroll temporary administrator MFA, then use the protected recovery tool. It restores the original keys and accounts while retaining the new server’s database credentials and addresses. Sign in afterward with your original account and MFA.
Follow docs/ADMIN-PHASE-4.md from the project archive. The original server’s master key and .env are already inside the encrypted backup.
